INDUCTION AND PROFILING
Cognite lead group sessions for new starters, focusing on resilience and well-being, at company induction days throughout the year.
In addition to these workshops, the leadership team have embarked on an exploration of their team dynamics, using Snapshot profiling and starting with their own working relationships. This process has subsequently led to individual coaching and support in recruitment and selection.
CAREER TRANSITION
Regularly named in the Sunday Times’ ‘Best Companies To Work For’, The Alchemist create behavioural profiles for their management staff.
Each General Manager completes their profile online and receives 1-2-1 feedback and coaching, focusing on their own behavioural and leadership style, supporting their successful transition to a leadership role.
